Technical Support Specialist – Production Release and Delivery

Our Production Release and Delivery Team is looking for a new member. If you like working in a dynamic and engaging work environment with friendly team members, join our ranks in managing releases and deliveries of a variety of our products.

You will be responsible for configuration processes on production and testing systems, providing support to the team and different departments, you will handle the preparation of JIRA tasks and update the documentation to ensure that the work process runs smoothly.

We’re looking for a team member who is thorough, proactive, good at problem-solving, a team player who is constantly on the lookout for improvements and progress.


Your responsibilities:


  • Communicating, coordinating, and collaborating with different teams and departments in the company,
  • gathering data for configuration of products and/or product upgrades,
  • preparing JIRA tasks and following procedures to ensure efficient product delivery,
  • testing and troubleshooting various products on multiple test and production environments,
  • updating documentation for Change Management purposes,
  • optimizing internal configuration processes,
  • offering support to other teams and departments.


What you bring to the team:


  • Experience in a fast-paced agile environment,
  • being organized, detail-oriented, and supportive with the ability to transfer knowledge to others,
  • excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,
  • always ready for learning opportunities and improvements,
  • the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks,
  • basic knowledge of Excel,
  • self-driven, energetic, confident, and hands-on,
  • fluent in English language.


Bonus points if:


  • You have previous experience in IT and/or the iGaming industry,
  • you have previous experience in JIRA, Confluence, and Logstash.
