Senior Account Manager – Brazil/LATAM

We’re looking for Senior Account Managers to join our ambitious and dynamic team. As the Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial and operational relationships with customers from the Brazilian and/or LATAM iGaming market to maximize the game portfolio and actively seek new opportunities. 

Location: Malta/Brazil/LATAM

Your responsibilities:

  • Build successful long-term business relationships with multiple business partners in the Brazilian/LATAM iGaming market;
  • Identify business opportunities with existing and new clients and understand their business needs;
  • Monitor business performance, analysis, and report KPIs;
  • Supply customers with the relevant standard and regulatory-specific documentation;
  • Plan and push promotion activities with clients; 
  • Handle and prioritize clients’ requests and coordinate with internal product and support teams on a daily basis;
  • Cooperate closely with other account managers and product teams and take care of the prompt flow of information;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

What you bring to the team:

  • Extensive key account management experience in iGaming or betting industry (3+ years);
  • Previous experience working with or knowledge of Brazilian and/or LATAM operators, including tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 clients;
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese (for the Brazilian market) or Spanish (for the LATAM market) language;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels;
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • Advanced presentation skills;
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Bonus points if:

  • Additionally fluent in Spanish (for the Brazilian market) and/or Portuguese (for the LATAM market) language.
