Product Commercial Manager – Fuze

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our FUZE team. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and commercial strategies that drive product adoption, lead generation, and brand positioning within the iGaming industry. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, go-to-market execution, and sales enablement, ensuring FUZE is positioned as the leading engagement tool for casino and sportsbook operators.

Your responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Product Positioning

  • Refresh FUZE brand identity within Bragg’s ecosystem to differentiate it from competitors.
  • Craft product messaging, value propositions, and positioning strategies that resonate with operators.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing success.

Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution

  • Plan and execute product launches for new FUZE features and updates.
  • Work with Bragg’s commercial and sales teams to ensure FUZE is effectively marketed to existing and potential customers.
  • Develop marketing materials, including pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and blog posts.

Lead Generation & Demand Generation

  • Oversee targeted digital campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, industry PR, etc.) to attract new operators.
  • Develop and optimize landing pages for FUZE lead generation.
  • Collaborate with industry publications and event organizers to increase FUZE visibility.

Sales Enablement & Partner Collaboration

  • Train internal sales & account teams on FUZE’s value proposition.
  • Support co-branded marketing efforts with game providers and aggregators.
  • Develop FUZE playbooks for commercial teams to streamline the sales process.

Industry Events & Content Strategy

  • Manage FUZE’s presence at world wide events.
  • Coordinate speaking opportunities, panel discussions, and sponsorships.
  • Develop case studies and thought leadership pieces to showcase FUZE’s impact.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Liaise with sales & commercial teams to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Work closely with Bragg’s aggregation team to align FUZE support within the Bragg HUB ecosystem.
  • Provide weekly operator insights to commercial leadership, identifying churn risks or growth potential.

Customer Data & Feedback Loop

  • Collect customer feedback & feature requests, ensuring FUZE’s roadmap aligns with operator needs.
  • Work with the Product Team to refine and optimize FUZE features based on operator input.
  • Provide case studies and benchmarks for marketing to showcase FUZE’s success.

What you bring to the team:

  • 5+ years in B2B iGaming marketing (Casino, Sportsbook, or engagement tools) or consultancy experience
  • Proven track record of executing product marketing strategies in a tech-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of iGaming engagement tools & gamification mechanics.
  • Strong experience in content marketing, digital campaigns, and sales enablement.
  • Excellent communication skills with a data-driven approach to marketing performance.
  • Experience in event planning, industry networking, and PR execution.
  • Ability to analyze customer data & retention trends.
  • Excellent presentation & relationship management skills.
  • Experience in running business reviews & reporting performance KPIs.
  • High adaptability to customer needs & market changes.
