Learning & Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Manager passionate about creating impactful learning experiences for our Group. In this role, you will design and deliver comprehensive training programs, including leadership development, coaching, soft skills enhancement and professional growth initiatives tailored to diverse employee groups, from first-time managers and individual contributors to senior executives across the globe.

You will also be responsible for managing our learning resource infrastructure, which includes leading the selection, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of a new learning platform, as well as establishing and maintaining an internal knowledge base.

This is a hybrid role based at our Ljubljana office.

Your responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with organizational goals, including leadership development, soft skills, coaching techniques, and other professional skills;
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions across different levels within the organization, ranging from first-time managers to senior leadership and individual contributors;
  • Provide coaching training and guidance to equip managers and leaders with effective coaching methodologies;
  • Leverage assessment tools to foster team effectiveness, leadership self-awareness, and interpersonal skills development;
  • Continually assess training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and evaluation methods to refine and enhance training offerings;
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and learning programs across the company to promote a culture of continuous learning and internal expertise exchange;
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify functional and technical skill gaps across teams and support them by designing, sourcing and coordinating targeted learning solutions and training programs that address current and future capability needs;
  • Work closely with HR leadership to identify organizational learning priorities, cater to emerging needs, and gather input for continuous improvement of learning initiatives.;
  • Stay updated with the latest learning trends and methodologies to ensure our training programs remain modern, relevant, and impactful;
  • Manage the selection, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the organization’s learning platform, ensuring it meets current and future training needs.

What you bring to the team:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in designing and delivering training programs in a corporate environment;
  • Certified facilitator/trainer with strong delivery skills across diverse training modules (leadership, coaching, soft skills);
  • Excellent English skills;
  • Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and effectively engage diverse groups of learners at various organizational levels;
  • Proactive and passionate about continuous learning, professional growth, and development;
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Bonus points if:
  • You hold certification and have experience in personality assessment tools.
  • You have experience in the training and development of technical professionals.
