Head of Talent Acquisition

At Bragg Group we are looking for a strategic and dynamic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts and ensure we attract and retain the best talent in the Tech industry. This leadership role involves developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with Bragg’s growth objectives and values. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition within the Tech sector, demonstrating the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and implement global and innovative recruiting solutions for our group. While this role is strategic with a focus on recruitment and building a TA function on a group level, you will require a proactive, hands-on approach to help us secure the best talent for the company and provide an exceptional experience for the candidates and our hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy to meet the company’s short-term and long-term hiring needs, ensuring alignment with Company strategy and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and exceptional candidate experience.
  • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Work closely with senior executives, management, and HR to identify critical skills and competencies required for the organization’s success and develop plans to address any identified gaps
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employer branding and position the company as an employer of choice in the Tech industry and local markets.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to talent acquisition, leveraging analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make informed decisions.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in talent acquisition, incorporating new techniques and technologies to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the recruitment process, actively working to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality service and alignment with company standards and expectations.
  • Oversee the group talent acquisition budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective recruitment solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience working in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within the technology sector in a global company.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, team members, and senior leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, technologies, and best practices, with experience in employer branding and candidate experience optimization.
  • A data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging analytics to inform talent acquisition strategies and decisions.
  • A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience implementing DE&I initiatives within the recruitment process.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change in a growth-oriented company.
