Global HR Operations Manager

We are looking for a Global HR Operations Manager to join our team! You will play a critical role in leading and enhancing the efficiency of HR functions across our international offices, ensure smooth operational procedures in all aspects of human resources aligning with global strategies to support our diverse team. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic thinking, deep HR expertise, and a passion for technology to drive operational efficiency and excelence across various functions of our business and locations.


Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global HR Operations strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and will drive operational efficiency and excellence;
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization’s goals and objectives;
  • Oversee HR operations across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations;
  • Manage and optimize HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration;
  • Lead and mentor the HR operations team to enhance performance and professional development;
  • Maintain and evolve our existing HR system (BambooHR) and processes to support a fast growing global organization and ensure data accuracy and integrity;
  • Drive initiatives that improve employee engagement and retention;
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to gauge effectiveness and identify areas for improvement;
  • Manage HR projects and initiatives as assigned.


  • At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, with a proven track record in managing cross-functional and international teams;
  • Excellent understanding of Slovenian employment laws and payroll procedures;
  • Any experience with UK, Maltese, or US employment laws and payroll procedures is considered a plus;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and data-driven HR analytics;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and strategy;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging and influencing all levels of the organization;
  • Experience in managing change in complex environments, demonstrating resilience and flexibility;
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
