Director of Sales and Business Development – PAM/Turnkey solutions

As we aim to enhance our market position and scale our operations, we are looking for a Director of Sales and Business Development for the Turnkey Solutions Division. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategies and business development efforts. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.

Location: Malta/Slo/UK

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets for the Turnkey Solutions Division;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the iGaming industry, focusing on Turnkey solutions/PAM distribution and licensing agreements;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth;
  • Collaborate with the Turnkey solutions product development team and Managed services team to align sales strategies, ensuring that our offerings are competitive and market-driven;
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the iGaming industry and adapt strategies accordingly;
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients and partners;
  • Lead and mentor the sales and business development team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What you bring to the team:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development in the iGaming sector;
  • Preferably previous experience with Turnkey solutions/PAM product;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation/demo skills;
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth;
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, particularly Turnkey solutions/PAM and distribution;
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and decision-makers;
  • Solid understanding of licensing, compliance, and regulatory frameworks;
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly;
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
