Are you a strategic thinker who knows how to translate a strategy into developing and executing comprehensive content plans aligned with company objectives?

As we aim to enhance our market position and scale our operations, we are looking for a Director of Content Division. This role is key to driving the strategic direction of our Content Division, achieving sales objectives, and fostering growth within the iGaming market.

Location: Malta/Slo/UK

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives to achieve and exceed sales targets for the Content Division;
  • Identify and support new business opportunities in the iGaming industry, focusing on content distribution and licensing agreements;
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the iGaming industry and adapt strategies accordingly;
  • Lead the entire commercial content initiatives, including business development, account management, and delivery to produce diverse content offerings tailored to our target markets and market segments;
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, business development team, and account management team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement;
  • Organize and optimize processes for smooth working flow;
  • Work closely with other internal departments, such as content development department, integration and configuration department and product & corporate marketing department to maximize output;
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients and partners;
  • Negotiate and renegotiate tier 1 client contracts.

What you bring to the team:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in the iGaming industry;
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position;
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly;
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth;
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, particularly content creation and distribution;
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and decision-makers;
  • Comprehensive understanding of licensing, compliance, and regulatory frameworks;
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
